We are delighted to introduce two new colleagues at RTI Group.

At RTI Group Headquarters, Mena Nadum is the new R&D Computational Physicist, and at RTI Group Inc., André Williams the new Area Sales Manager West.

Mena Nadum is a biomedical engineer with extensive experience in R&D and data science. After graduating from Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden, with an M.Sc. degree in biomedical modeling, she worked in service and maintenance on medical devices. This included employment at Gothenburg’s Sahlgrenska University Hospital – the largest hospital in Sweden – where she was also a project manager.

Since 2020, Mena has focused on data science as part of an industrial Ph.D. position. This has involved employment, in Gothenburg, in the field of machine learning for causal inference at the multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company AstraZeneca and the Chalmers University of Technology, constantly ranked among the top universities in the world.

At RTI Group Inc., André Williams will begin as Area Sales Manager (ASM) West on 20 February. André, who will be based in California’s capital city of Sacramento, brings a wealth of experience working in the hospital environment with major companies such as Integrated Medical Systems, Karl Storz, and Surgical Services.

Before accepting the position of ASM West, André had spent seven years at Steris Corp, a medical equipment company specializing in sterilization and surgical products for the US healthcare system, where he worked in multiple roles including Associate Account Manager, Operating Room Liaison, and Clinical Support.

André will meet the team in Woodstock, GA, at the Imaging Academy. The perfect opportunity to demo our leading solutions and receive hands-on training.

Welcome to the team, Mena and André!
