We are delighted to launch an upgraded e-commerce Webshop platform for our North American distributors, partners, and clients. Since July 2020, our portfolio of X-ray QA accessories has been available to purchase safely and securely online.

“After the successful launch of the e-commerce platform at the all-virtual July 2020 AAPM Meeting, we have continued to collaborate with the developers, Logiken, to enhance the experience to now include purchasing our accessories for Piranha and Cobia meters via our website,” explained Steve Holmes, Vice President of Sales North America.

This upgraded feature also includes the RTI Solution Wizard, which guides RTI users to the best solution(s) for their needs. This not only enhances the digital experience we already provide but also improves our customer service.

Since its launch at RSNA Chicago 2019, our rebranded website has been immensely successful with daily news and events announcements, RTI Academy training, how-to-videos, and much more all available with the click of a mouse.

We have also increased our online presence with its X-ray QA solutions and company news available on medical listing websites, such as MedicalExpo and MedWrench, and presenting globally attended TechNation Wednesday Webinars.

“Our website explains ‘we’re on a mission for patient health and safety’, and the e-commerce platform continues to offer us a new way of collaborating with existing and new customers to achieve this,” explained Steve Holmes.
