RTI Distributor Meeting and Training at Canon Medical Academy
RTI, a global provider of quality assurance (QA) solutions for diagnostic radiology, welcomed distributors from around the world to Amsterdam for the 2026 RTI Distributor Meeting. The two days combined knowledge sharing, product updates, and networking with a full day of hands-on training at the Canon Medical Academy.

Behind many RTI systems in hospitals worldwide stand local partners who know the products in depth. The RTI Distributor Meeting gives these partners the latest product knowledge, practical experience, and direct access to RTI experts, so that medical physicists and service engineers receive fast and competent support wherever they work.
“Our distributors are the face of RTI in nearly 100 countries. Working hands-on with our solutions at the Canon Medical Academy means they return home even better prepared to support their customers,” said Fredric Eliasson, VP Sales and Business Development at RTI.
The first day was dedicated to seminars on RTI products and solutions, including the evolution of the X-ray meter Mako. Distributors also learned from colleagues working with X-ray QA in other markets, and two guest speakers shared insights from their local markets: Nicole Leslie, Strategic Account Manager at CSP Medical, Canada, and Wara Suwansin, Chief Technology Officer at Inmed Solutions, Thailand.
The second day took place at the Canon Medical Academy in Amsterdam. Participants worked hands-on with RTI solutions such as Mako, Scatter Probe, Cobia, CT Dose Profiler, and CT Ion Chamber in clinical X-ray environments.
“The event provided a wonderful platform to exchange experiences, gain valuable insights, and strengthen our understanding of RTI’s latest X-ray QA solutions. The combination of technical sessions and hands-on learning was particularly valuable, as was the opportunity to connect with the RTI team and fellow distributors from around the world,” said Rakesh Chaudry, CEO at Bergen Healthcare, India.
RTI would like to thank all distributors who travelled to Amsterdam and contributed their knowledge, questions, and ideas. A special thank you goes to Canon Medical Systems Europe for its hospitality and for welcoming the RTI distributor network to the Canon Medical Academy.
RTI looks forward to continuing to support its partners with the knowledge, tools, and solutions they need to serve X-ray professionals worldwide.
