Do you love helping people learn, grow, and succeed? As Training Manager for the RTI Academy, based at RTI’s headquarters in Mölndal, Sweden, you will drive our global training efforts and ensure that customers, partners/distributors, and employees are confident in using RTI’s products and applications. Working closely with Product Management, R&D, and Sales, you will deliver high-quality, engaging training that makes a real impact worldwide.
• Create and manage RTI Academy training material for customers across the full range of RTI products (hardware and software), including certification programs
• Build and manage RTI partner and distributor training programs, educating global partners on RTI products and their applications
• Create and deliver employee training programs for new staff and ongoing education, including on-site customer product and application training
• Collaborate with Sales and key customers to drive onboarding, pre-sales, and post-sales training activities
• Work closely with Product, Solutions, and Marketing to gather customer feedback and support future product development
• Provide technical and application support
• Participate in global conferences, webinars, and instructor-led training to promote RTI products, highlighting key strengths and sales advantages
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies within the global medical X-ray market
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare Technology)
• Experience in training, technical instruction, or education within the medical device or healthcare technology industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content
Preferred / advantageous
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools
• Background in medical X-ray applications or applications training in a similar role
• Familiarity with digital training platforms and content creation

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, especially with documentation
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, from engineers to clinicians
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
